Your orders will be processed immediately. Please allow 10-15 days for standard UPS Ground delivery of product. We do our best to ensure rapid delivery of the gear, however, because we are dealing with specialized rescue and safety equipment, delivery times are not as fast as for consumer type goods.

Agency Purchase Orders

The GearShop accepts Municipal and Fortune 1,000 purchase orders as a method of payment. As you move through the checkout process you just choose Purchase Order as your payment method and enter a valid purchase order number for your agency. If you are not a Municipality or Fortune 1,000 company, contact our customer service department for a credit application.

Returns

The GearShop stands behind the products it sells and will accept a return of any equipment purchased from the store within 30 days of shipment with the exception of cut sections of rope and webbing if you are not completely satisfied. tems must be in "as new" condtition with the original packaging.

Please call 888.887.3728 (888.88.RESCUE) for a return authorization number. Final acceptance of the return is contingent upon an in-house inspection to verify that the equiment returned is in "as new" condition. The safety of our customers is a great concern, so we must be sure that the gear returned is is not damaged in a way that would adversely affect its safe use.

Unless the return is as a result of a defect or our error the customer is responsible for the return freight.
